It was a thought. It couldn't hurt. You'll be happy to know that I didn't try it, although it is tempting. Reminds me of doing a paper mache project.

I haven't been able to get any wheat germ oil yet, but I remembered your recommendation. I have plain wheat germ in the house. Can I make a paste out of it or something?

Thanks. I put some MSM lotion on my foot the past couple days. It feels so much better (I'm not healed, but there is a big improvement in the swelling, pain and flexibility). I was already taking it internally, but the combination of both is spectacular.

Hope you fed any cravings. I've been on a mad chocolate kick since eating Nic's brownie and the Gnosis chocolate bar Philip was sharing (I mistakenly gave Blaq Berry and her hubby the credit on my blog. Oops).

Anyway, don't be a stranger. Have a beautiful day :-)

So nice to meet you, too. I just wish I had started talking to you sooner. With the whole foot thing, I didn't make the rounds as well as I normally would at a social event. Hope to keep in touch.
