Ageless Timeless I, Defy Laws of Gravity, This Raw Flame in Me! I've been living this raw journey since summer of 2004. There have been times of experimentation, times of some raw some cooked, and times of 100% raw. I am presently very gratefully 100% raw 99.9% of the time. When I am not inventing recipes and blogging or twittering about raw food, I spend my time with my beloved husband, our 2 pugs and 3 cats enjoying our land in some of Maine's farm country, or offering my service as a artist, healer & spiritual guide through the vehicle of tattooing.
Depends on the season. Sauerkraut & Green Smoothies are my constant companions
acupuncture, Art, chinese herbs, The Goddess in her many guises, healing, health, heavy metal detox, herbal healing, herbs, homeopathy, ionic foot baths, kitties, kombucha, laws of attraction, magic, metaphysics, naturopathy, permaculture, personal growth, prosperity, pugs, raw food, reiki, seasons, shamanism, shape shifting, spirituality, Tattoos & Tattooing as a Spiritual Path, transformation, wild fermentation, zeolites
Today marks the first anniversary of my journey back to my 100 raw & mostly vegan diet.
6/18 marked the 4th anniversary of discovering hemp protein powder and starting on this raw journey.

This year on the Spring Equinox I received a vital and content kombucha SCOBY from my dear friend and conspiratorial comRAde Daniel Vitalis. SCOBY is an acronym for Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast. It is clinically known as a zoogleal mat. A few years before I had received another… Continue Posted on May 18, 2008 at 9:43pm — 1 Comment
So aside from my whining to my juice feasting buddy Naomi about how much time it takes to make the juice and clean the juicer. This feast has been pretty easy for me to do in terms of hunger and cravings for solid food, I have had hardly any to speak of.
I have experienced:
nearly over the top vivid dreams every single night;
elimination of another 8 pounds in 2 weeks (which for me is absolutely miraculous);
varied levels of energy between bouncing off the walls, and dragg…

It was so great seeing you in person! You are even more beautiful and vibrant! When I get pics up, I'll share the link. :-)
Lots of love to you!

XOXOXO
I moved from San Diego to Ellsworth, ME about a year ago. It been quite a transition, but overall, I am content with the move. I love the beauty of this state. About a month ago, we had a fantastic weekend in Portland...even contemplated relocating there in the future. If you ever have a raw food get together, please let me know. I would love to join in the fun. Take care, Anita
So good to meet you. I'm glad you found me. I used to live in Maine (Belfast...long ago, before that company moved in) and I loved it! I live in Pittsburgh now and practice acupuncture and herbal medicine here. Many of our interests overlap...I just made my first batch of kombucha recently!
I will be checking into that for sure. Have a great day.
I just made my grandbaby a raw cake for her first birthday.
Getting ready to go deliver it. Love to see her eating raw too.
