Just Hi. I wonderd about the: Sufi Book of Life? I liked, too, your profile muse on "people." All sorts of them to like, shiny ones, etc. You could have expanded on that more, maybe. Rusted ones (people), forgotten ones, or damaged ones, or used ones, :) Well, or, to actually not like at all, let's see, harden ones (harmful one), or sharp ones, or scarey ones (fighters) :)
Take care, from me. Over and out.
Hope that's a nice comment. Light hearted.
Hi Sunny,
Good to see your familiar name and face here too.
My family are having a raw Christmas Lunch at home. I thought I'd be consistent here then if the children slip up a bit at the relatives' houses then it will amount to less. It is going to be an interesting Christmas. I've got mixed feelings about it really. My father has already thrown a wobbly about the family's diet. He always has to wobble about something though!
Hi Sunny! Hope all is well in your part of the universe, how are things in the UK? I've got a good friend over there right now, she went home to London for the holidays. Hope you're staying warm, much love from California! :)
Well, I have a mantle piece! I suppose I could get one of those faux fire-with-log thingies...you know, with the turning light inside....my apt. building keeps the heat up so high, I could PRETEND it's coming from the fireplace!
Yep, and that quote is pretty much me, in a nutshell! Surviving the snow.....we're anticipating a doozy of a snowstorm on Sunday, so hopefully we won't have to call in the army......again.....
Hi Sunny,
I've been using 80/10/10 as a framework for my diet. I don't measure and weigh or use the computerized online tracking calorie tools. Don't get me wrong, they can be very useful learning tools, but I'm training myself to be more open to feeling what's working and responding in the moment. I make mistakes, but they are valuable teachers and keep me on my learning edge. Very much an antidote for boredom. It's really a helpful path to gain consciousness around self-judgment too. I eat mostly fruit and greens during the day and eat my meals with fat as the last meal of the day, sometimes followed by citrus and or greens like romaine lettuce. I'd be happy to share more if you have questions.
