At about 6:00, I wake up and get out of bed - immediately, because otherwise I will fall asleep again. I recently returned from Vitamin Cottage - a grocery chain in Colorado with an all-organic produce section. It is quite nice; I can always find good-quality, tasty fruits and vegetables there and essentially fulfill all my basic raw needs (which, having neither a juicer nor dehydrator nor VitaMix, is really all I need); the fruits and vegetables are also often less expensive than the conventional produce at, say, King Soopers.
