Going into year two of raw....simplifying my diet, less prep, feeling real good.
Running 4 days a week now, just got some new trail shoes to go exploring around here more....working on meditating more, and oh, yeah...opera fanatic.

Hi Fellow So.Cal Raw Foodies!!

I am hosting a raw food potluck on Saturday November 8th at 1pm. It will be held in La Jolla, an area of San Diego. I would love to meet and get to know all of you better. If you are able to come please let me know by commenting on my board. At that point I can PM you with the details.

Mark it on your calendar. If you are able to make it please bring a raw vegan dish.
