Hi Gina
Hope you had a safe trip home and have recovered from the jet lag! Good to meet you on Sunday...I'm still feeling all inspired, but maybe that's the raw chocolate buzz still wearing off :-)
Hey Gina, great to meet you today. And thanks for the spirulina and coconut water. And also the great recipe which I have forgotten. Honestly, how hard can it be to remember, it has 3 things in it! Was it mango, rocket and what else? All the best for your trip back to the States.
Well enjoy the seasons of KC! So far, so good in Scotland...my husband and I have been busy getting me acclamated...trying to lock in a job :-P...I can't believe all the vegan and raw food cafes and stores in the area.
Hi Gina! I saw in the Raw in Scotland group you are moving from there to the US. Ironically, I am moving this month from the US to Scotland. Whereabouts in the US are you moving to? I hope you are able to find some raw or vegan cafes. :-)
It's a raw food cafe, I haven't been myself but a few others have and recommend it. At the mo', they only sell cakes and smoothies, coffee etc. But in a month or two I believe they are going to be doing savoury dishes too. How long will you be in Glasgow for?
Hi Gina, welcome to raw in Scotland. I don't see why you can't take the spirulina with you when you go back to the US but then I don't know if there's a law about it. You might like to visit the red sugar cafe before you leave. It's in Edinburgh, www.red-sugar.co.uk.
Welcome Gina! We appreciate you being here with us and would suggest that you just jump right into the community! This is a warm space so there is no reason to be shy at all. Make friends, start a blog post, create a group, or post questions on the forum page. Enjoy!
