About Me:
I have been high raw for about four years, and love it! I just finished reading 80/10/10, and am having fun playing with the ideas. I am loving eating mostly fruit during the day, but do love my avacado, walnuts and Natalia Rose's raw caesar dressing on salads!
I'm passionate about living in the moment, yoga, raw vegan food, and upgrading nutritionally & emotionally to live at highest potential.

Hi Anne, I am still high raw but 811 style, watching the fat intake. The biggest obstacle to 811rv is a steady supply of sweet fruit. I want to live in a land where this is not an issue, I've heard really nice things about Costa Rica & Hawaii. I eat fruit all day, a salad in the evening with a simple cooked dish like baked yam or fresh corn tortillas (too hard to resist here in MX ;) If we do find good fruit in season, eating 100% raw is easy. I enjoy the small amount of cooked food I eat, and I like how I can connect to others with it. But put a bowl of sweet, luscious mangos in front of me and cooked food, what's dat?! lol
If weight is a concern, the answer is to eat A LOT of fruit. I haven't had trouble maintaining weight and have even gained muscle :) Course, yoga & exercise is what helped me build muscle. I lift free weights, do yoga pushups, tricep dips on the edge of the couch, squats, etc. Whatever I can to push & challenge my muscles. My moon in aries gives me the athletic push! Do you have any sag or aries in your chart? Both enjoy an active lifestyle.
hiya Anne! How's the scorpio lunation been for ya? It started a bit intense & ruff for me but thx to the powers of transformation, things are excellent now! The sun sextiled my venus in virgo today and it's been sweet!!
We got the full moon in a few days! I hope you are doing well. Amor y besos mi querida :))
Hey Anne! Thanks so much for the comment about my photos!!
Your photos look awesome too...especially that cake, yummm! I actually just made a raw apple pie this past weekend for a Halloween potluck and I used a cashew icing which looked very similar to what you made! It was interesting because I didn't tell any of my friends that it was raw and everyone loved it! If I would have told them first that would be a completely different story haha!!
If you have any good recipes for raw deserts definitly send them my way!!!
Hi Anne,
Just had to check out your page. I love the dolphins. They are one of my favorite. Horses are my other. That being said however, I love all animals and find that there is so much we can learn from them as well as nature it's self. Our creator is amazing and has left us a beautiful world. We just have to learn to take care of it.
Hello too, it must be great living in santa barbara that town is so awesome looking, I'm also just getting through the 80/10/10 book, its amazing learning something new every day about it and I feel amazing on it, its increased my endurance and motivation a ton, how do you feel on it?
