But I'm back!
I haven't blogged for a long time so here's a summary of what's been going on:
1. Found 80-10-10 and became thoroughly engrossed in it. I was a bit skeptical
before I read the book just because it seemed so different from anything else
I'd done and also contradicted some of my previous learnings somewhat (and dare
I say it, a lot of what the mainstream raw community are doing...).
But while reading it, it all made so much sense…

Thanksgiving was good- a local restaurant sold raw dinners to go so I brought that to the family celebration. Mine looked better than theirs did!
Thanks for your comment. I see you're a big fan of the 80-10-10 lifestyle. Did it really help you with cravings?

nice to meet you.
Thanks yes the picture does look nice, I didn't take it it's stolen from the world wide web...;)
Will be so nice to see you at the event, I never had Durian either but I'm very much looking forward to the experience.

How are you? Have you seen my magnificent pic with The Doc of all docs? :D
I just noticed you were talking about healing your eyes in one of your comments. Could you tell me a bit more about that? Did raw food diet help you? Or some special exercise for eyes?
I have a short sight myself, have been vegan for 2 years, 100% raw vegan for 5 weeks. I just have a feeling that there is a way to heal my eyes, don't know if diet and detox could do miracles, or some kind of program. I know some authors claim that you can heal by just working with emotional stuff and your subconcious mind too...
Well would be glad if you could share your own experience!

I'm not gonna make a comment on the alkalinity, we'll have plenty of time to get into that this upcomming weekend, right :) , but bring the book. I'm certain I'll find it interesting.
When you eat, do you ever think about combining your food in a proper way (whatever way that is). Do 811 include this?
Euro is easy to change at the airport - to my knowledge the host the least expensive festival in the world - so not too much money is necessarry.. there are shops for this in the area, but here in hurdal the local one is all right..
see you!!
welcome heartly!!

Took a 10 k run yesterday. Was planning on staying our for about 30 min but I felt so great running I just kept going for an hour. I felt so light and almost floating.
I can agree with you on those things making you feel great. I don't watch my diet very much when it comes to proteins, carbohydrates or fat. I just eat :) and enjoy it in the moment. I haven't read dr. Grahams book yet I believe he has many good points in it. Thou I strive more to become alkaline and raw (dr Rober Young - the pH miracle). In the present I eat a lot of fruits am and sallads pm. It works fantastic. Still I plan to cut down on fruits next year and just use them as a treat. How strict are you on 811?
Cheers
