Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?
BRAZIL NUT MILK with a lil bit of maple syrup and banana in it! CREAMY nourishment. red bell peppers. currently I love taking seaweed and wrapping all kinds of fresh stuff up in it and topping it with hot chili sesame oil. (there are always avocados and crunchy sprouts in it) And I love salt and vinegar Kale Chips. Arugula.
Interests (outside of Raw Food):

I have lots... Gnosis and the Law is Awesome. I love reading Neville and Joseph Murphy!!! The "I AM" Discourses. For a fun read.. check out Pronoia... its the all around antidote when I am ready to put down my other curious books and just giggle and be lyrically inspired..

this is my first time

ok..it is a sleepy hour here, and i awake early.. all i was really desiring to do here, is say a bit more about me... a little, wonderful secret... i am a fantasic grower of flowers, vegetables, and herbs. i did it as a hobby and professionally for 5 years. markets, restaurants, cool schools, and locals all bought my stuff. i had greenhouses and lots of land and i started the local farmer's market with my former husband. we have been divorced a year now and somehow i've left it all behind. 6 yea… Continue

The words "high frequency" jumped right out of your page's profile at me! Very cool! I see you also put down the "I AM" discourses in your book section - i like them too! In fact, i went into the St Germain I AM Foundation's premises in Mt Shasta in Northern California when i was holidaying there - it's a lovely town - have you been there?

Yes you are good... Here everything is great. Having a superb time with my kids almost every afternoon. We play in the leaves, go to the library and listen to storytellings, go swimming and simply enjoy ourselfs. I so treasure this time I get to spend with them. Getting ahead at work and expanding in my career, expanding my knowledge of health, setting a slightly high goal for a running competition this upcomming spring (so I really have to get out there running soon, like...yesterday). Also put some of my songs up on MySpace.

Just curious, where do you keep your kids when travelling? Do you bring them?
