I've been sick with the flu/cold/crap whatever this is since Saturday. It is really bad.
However, there is one positive aspect. That is.........
Before we both got sick, my husband watched I think its called Raw For LIfe, the DVD, #2, We saw Victoria Beoutenko talking about "leafy green vegetables" and how that is what was missing from her family's diet at first.

I had an epiphany last night.
I was watching an ASL video doing some homework, and when I was done I felt such peace and calm. I think my brain works better on sign language. Its like I'm all ADD the rest of the time and after I've had my dose of sign language, everything falls into line, and my brain starts working right again. All anxiety ceases, all mental noise quiets. Part of me wishes I could be part of the deaf culture.

Today I ate,
3 cups green juice
1/2 cup beet juice
2 cups warm water with 1T. coconut oil and 4T. flax meal and some cayenne
2 cups chlorella smoothie
3 cups salad with cooked dressing and cheese and raisins and spinach
1/2 cup smoothie with strawberries, bananas, milk, whipping cream, adn orange juice (a treat my husband made for the kids and it was really good so I ate some)
2 raw olives

I don't remember what I ate on Thursday and Friday, but maybe today..........
3.5 cups green juice of cucumber, celery, kale, spring mix, parsley, carrots, apples.
1.5 cups beet juice
1 cup almond milk, freshly squeezed. :) SO easy to make, I can't believe it.

Hi. I decided to post what I eat every day to become more accountable. Seeing as I just ate almost a whole stacked package of saltines, I think I need more accountability. ...
