About Me:: Aloha! I'm a raw foods educator and event producer, artist, musician, cosmic goofball, and all around 'handy woman' when it comes to anything live, healing, and forward moving for people and planet. Aho!

I am also the host of the Raw Spirit Show! Check it out at www.rawspiritshow.com. The Raw Spirit Show airs weekly, Wednesdays at 7pm Pacific Time, 10pm Eastern Time, and features raw superheros who are participating at this year's Raw Spirit Festival!

Just finished interview with Matt Monarch, Victoria Boutenko and Sudhananda!

Hi y'all! This was a really fun show where we dropped into the "100% RAW Question" and got everyone's take on the healthiest diet, overcoming emotional eating, and even dropped into things like bee-ganism, wild foods, and spiritual awakening.
