Aloha :-> I am new to Really Going 100% Living RAW'Some and Divine:) I have attempted several times, yet veer away for various reasons:... either digestive woes- ayurvedic dr.+chinese herbalist suggest that its too imbalanced for my dosha or body type or my children simply seem to need to consume some cooked food daily and who better to make it for them but Mom... I've been raised with an awareness to consume conscious organic local foods that nourish the mind body and soul. I am def. open to any suggestions and insight as to how to keep it simple and nourishing as well as any Raw tricks or tips on how to shed a few Lb's quickly... ( I have very recently incurred some severe adrenal/thyroid woes (from over fasting/master cleansing too much:( and need to drop some lbs Quickkkkkk)...
