About Me:: I've been on the raw food journey for more than 17 years. It's been a long and whiny road--full of pitfalls, perils and lots of u-turns--but I am thankful to have learned how to heal so many difficult issues through the incredible powers of living foods. My goal is to continue to improve my health and energy levels and to share this knowledge and hope with others. It's really wonderful now to finally be able to connect with other people walking the raw road. It was pretty lonely until the last couple of years! :)Blessings and peace to you all!

What type of friends are you looking to make here?: all sorts raw foodies--especially those interested in self-improvement in general, passionate about learning, interested in emotional/spiritual issues around our relationship to food, etc.

Relationship Status:: Married

Favorite Raw Food or Dish:: green juices and smoothies, raspberries, mangoes and medjool dates--sometimes my nemesis as a recovering sugar-holic

That is Glacier National Park in Montana (there is a Canadian side to the park as well, the full name being, I believe, Glacier-Waterton International Peace Park). It is a two hour's drive N. of me in Missoula. It is near Whitefish, Montana, where all those movie stars live. I haven't even actually been to Glacier yet, but plan to go this summer! I would highly recommend the experience. I can only imagine myself, it's just that I've heard wonderful things! I think, too, the mountains have some amazing effect on the mind...I've always felt that way. I don't know that there is any logic to it, but others have told me the same thing...what do you think?

You are such a beautiful soul! I've read a bit about your spiritual side on your profile. Isn't God lovely? Lovely is not the word to describe it. Source is a feeling that is indescribable and just amazing!
