I'm a raw food chef and coach. I have been eating raw for 8 years and lived for 2 years in Southern California. Recently , I started www.superfoodcuisine.com. I'm trying to make raw foods and the living foods lifestyle more popular in Belgium.

hey there! So sorry it took me so long to respond! Thanks for commenting on the pup, that is cool that you had a maltese also! They make great pets but she can be a lot of work sometimes haha!
The east coast is a great place to live, but not too much raw action yet unfortunatly. Hopefully that will soon change! I have never been to eu, how is the raw scene over there?
Ja, gewerkt als persoonlijke chef en veel geleerd van Dr. David Jubb. Hij is samen met Dr. Gabriel coussens echt heel goed. De tree of life is zeer goed voor opleidingen ook jubbs phoenix fasticien is super. Die verse kokosnoten missen we dan weer hier ;o) Al onze rauwe cacaoproducten komen van ecuador. rauw in eucador heeft voor- en nadelen: enderzijds prijzen we ons erg gelukkig heel het jaar door verse, lokale, organische groenten te kunnen vinden: heerlijke sla, tomaten, courgetten... ook veel exotisch fruit natuurlijk zoals cocosnoten, cacao en ook noten zijn hier gemakkelijk te vinden
al de rest is ver weg: alle special tools en ingrediënten zoals een goeie juicer, een dehydrator en dingen als speciale olieën... die brengen we dan mee van onze bezoekjes aan belgië en elders.
interessant dat je in california hebt gezeten, heb je daar gewerkt/stages gevolgd op interessante plekken? aanraders? (wij zijn totnutoe vooral in NY geweest: purefoodandwine, dr. jubb's etc.); sarah denkt eraan om een opleiding te volgen, waarschijnlijk in de tree of life van gabriel coussens... we zijn dus aan het uikijken naar interessante mogelijkheden in die zin, vandaar...

I know a few raw fooders here...but don't resonate with most of them. Chrissy who's on this page as well, she lives in munich too. And I suppose there are quite some other people, but we unfortunately don't have much networking going.
And Germans eat very differently. Not many are into raw cuisine, so for your courses you could only try at SAF restaurant where Chrissy works.
There is also the "Wurzel" in Nürnberg.

9 years is a long time, and I've tried many things and really only now things really seem to fall into place. Internally, soon hopefully externally. It's not just the emotions that were coming up at the beginning, but also it is a big step for me, to really try to fulfill my souls needs on every level...at last...things are so much fun now!
If you're ever near Munich...I'd like to meet other raw foodists...that's so rare here in Bavaria...

I like your website - very yummy. :) At the moment I am in discussion with a local raw restaurant / prepared raw foods producer to manufactuer, package and sell Buddhaful Baby (TM) through their locations in California. This is a trial run to assess the market and get investors interested. I will be moving to Ireland in a few weeks and intend on selling my products online via my website and eventually a few store locations. If you would like more info about the product line I am happy to send you my media kit! ;) Also, I am looking for investors to bring the products to Europe. If you already have a production kitchen we can talk a little more about this if you like.
