Just to start the blog, its going well so far, left my juicer in Melbourne but the blender is doing it for me.
I'm eating huge salads, this is a huge plate takes almost 1 hr to eat, its delicious.

Cos Lettuce, Spinach, paw paw, tomato, avocado, spring onion, Lebanese cucumber, caps…

Yes I did the Don Tolman boot camp for brains a couple of years back. Very interesting indeed.
I've been a bit lazy & never kept up my contacts with the people I met there though... hense why I joined this site just recently to get back into it.
So was it Don that got you into all this stuff??

Thanks for the message, what type of teaching did you do? I'm originally from Melbourne, moved to Perth in 1990. It's interesting finding people with similar interests, I don't experience that very often in day to day life. Hope the weather is still sunny for you in Mallacoota (by the way where is that???)
