det kan vara svårt att vänja sig vid just bönor och linsgroddar, men i en blandning med avocado, purjolök, lite riven motor, äpple och tamari så brukar det bli gott.
Har prövat grodda amaranth och quinoa, men jag gillar inte dem. Delete Comment

ja grönkål finns lite överallt, i saluhallarna finns de bl.a.
Men jag har också sett det på Gryningen på Folkungagatan.
Om du inte varit där är det ett måste!! Dom har allt!
De har ocskå de godaste cashewnötterna jag smakat. De skiljer sig från nötterna du kan köpa t.ex. på konsum. Men någon leverantör vet jag inte. Ring till Gryningen och hö med dom vettja!
