I am dawdling on my way to work this morning. fasting is going well- though with the amount of bee pollen I'm consuming I'm not sure I can really call it a fast. See ya in a couple hours...unless you are working am, in which case I'll see ya in a few minutes...
wow, that is awesome! so you are coming in like a week, huh? i hear this round of apprentices has a strong feminine presence...very few guys. should be a great opportunity! looking forward to meeting you. blessings and love,
santi
W-o-w-! That is awesome that you have been to the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center... I am actually going down to the Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida for 3 weeks later this year... I probably should have originally signed up to go to Tree of Life instead, but what the hey, I'll probably end up doing the Tree of Life next year as well. Take care! : ) Ken
I just got back from a World Peace Diet retreat in Columbiaville, Michigan with Dr. Will Tuttle at the Tidbits Nature Sanctuary where they practice veganic permaculture. It was a life changing weekend to say the least. Our group spoke in great length about veganic farming and veganic permaculture techniques and how important it was to move local organic CSAs and gardens in this direction. Two books I can recommend include Veganic Gardening - The Alternative System for Healthier Crops (author: Kenneth Dalziel O'Brien), and Gaia's Garden (author: Toby Hemenway). Let's keep this conversation open, there are infinite possibilities ahead on this topic. Hey, it appears we both love to snowboard! Cheers, : ) Ken
Where in Japan are you...?
I am in Fukuoka, but travel extensively throughout Japan to teach yoga.
Looking forward to hearing from you....
Best,
Govinda Kai
I was interested to read that you want to build a strawbale home - me too! My fiance and I own 10 acres of land near Lake Ohau in Mackenzie country. It's the perfect place for strawbale plus there's one in Twizel already which means the council won't be too surprised by our plans (I hope). Where do you plan to buy land?
