I love my Indian food, not much raw-indian about here thou, maybe you could set something up in our "curry mile" in Manchester. Although had some amazing samosas the other week at a share, the pastry was just like the cooked version, amazing. If you have a recipe for raw-samosa I would greatly appreciate it as I used to live? off the cooked ones. Made a lovely curry last night, will stick it up on my page. It was based on an Ethiopian recipe I adapted to raw. mm mm mm it hit the spot. Loving the vibes here, just what I need after battling with angry meat eaters.
