I just commented on your question about acne... and I see in your favorite foods list you like bananas , grapes and figs... all very high on the glycemic load... these are my favorite foods, TOO!! but they break my face out so much! so read my answer and I think you will find some relief!
I have been putting bok choy, peach's and banana in my green smoothies with a bit of flax seed oil for slow release energy. They are so yum.:).
Let me know if you come across any ideas, suggestions, or recipes for the little ones and I'll do the same.
