I've done hot yoga a couple times, and I know people that swear by it, but I'm not convinced it's a good thing to be doing all the time. But I for sure would join you some time. I've been working on getting more raw for about 6 months or so, and it definitely can be challenging, especially in Alberta. What did you move to Calgary for? Where are you from, and MOST importantly, how long have you been RAW!!!???
The hardest thing I find about it is actually the social aspect. Especially as a guy, because let's face it, most guys just want to go out and drink beer and eat chicken wings (YUCK!)!
