About Me:: an on and off raw fooder, a Vata girl trying to keep warm as I drink my smoothie in foggy San Francisco. I love to help others on their journey through life, to laugh and love, and be part of a meaningful, supportive community wherever I am.

I'm enrolled in a Garden and Compost educator training program this fall, and hope to bring workshops around backyard permaculture, composting, and raw foods to my SF community and wherever else I may find myself.

Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?: veggie sushi, I love a good lasagne, walnut and collard tacos, chocolate ganache cake, (the list goes on, and on, and on)

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: surfing, yoga, tai chi (the bliss trinity), mantra meditation, traveling and learning new languages, biking as daily transportation, meeting new people and having spontaneous adventures, appropriate technology and backyard permaculture, green and cooperative business models.

I also visited SEED up in Santa Rosa - worth the trip for a great lil' raw restaurant experience.
