Evolution is a great theme. I guess I can tell you that is what I may be looking for. So, you asked me what I have been doing... studying yoga with Katchie Ananda here in SF on Yoga Kula that really connect Anusara yoga with pratical exercises to build a supportive community (sangha). And I am kind of "starting" seriously design a system deal holisticaly with food intake, etc. But it is yet on the requirement phase and it will be an 6months to a year project hopefully. I have to keep focus on it. Live is very busy for me, sometimes is crazy! I am still living here in Marin and going to Sf everyday. I live here and I am going to Brasil to visist my peeps end of January.
I am very happy to know that life is treating you good. Let's keep that way. But we need "Change". Go Obama! :)

Well i'm actually a kiwi-or rather an Aussie kiwi Brit cross i suppose (my Dad's british but Mum's a kiwi and i was born there, but i've lived in Oz for two thirds of my life now).
Burning man looks wonderful - if i was in the U.S i'd love to check it out. I hope it went/goes well.
