Off to Dr. Gabriel Cousen's Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center! Cant wait!

Ever since I first found out about Dr. Cousens' Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center in Patagonia, AZ; it's been calling me deeply.. West Coast Adventuring : )

So I touched ground in San Fran yesterday, picked up my truck, enjoyed a great huge salad with my good girl friends and am staying at my friend Deidra's place -- a little studio nestled in a gorgeous bamboo grove in Berkeley (one block from Whole Foods!).

The weather is ridiculously perfect.. Talked to some neighbors about urban gardening and CSA initiatives.. So many people here have organic gardens in their backyards, it's awesome..

Favorite Books or Authors:: Tao Te Ching; The Four Agreements; The Alchemist; and tons more.. Also - a mustread: David Icke's Guide to Conspiracy Theories & How to Free Yourself From Them. Though currently, I'm just reading everything I can get my hands on regarding Raw Food & Yoga.. Really love Gabriel Cousens' Spiritual Nutrition!
