I attended a raw chocolate class on Saturday I made truffles and chococlate cake I hope to start to teach raw food classes in February. It all tastes wonderful

I have done a Raw food weekend with Alison in ringwood, who I think you know. Am really looking forward to her raw chocolate day in a couple of weeks. Anyway this is my second attempt at the Raw diet, I do have lapses, but hopefully this time is for good.
Any advise and tips would be good.
