Yes, Tidal Creek is a fav of mine....there is also another small health food store called Lovey's near the Mayfair Shopping Center, they have a great salad bar (ton's better than Tidal Creek in my opinion)...it's great to meet a raw foodie so close!

Hi! So you're in Topsail Beach, i'm in Wilmington...never been to Topsail but i don't think its too far..?? just trying to find some other raw foodists close to my area....Wilmington is not exactly the most thriving of raw communities.....so how did you get into raw??

I didn't use the word "must".....but it's a nice option should you ever need it, which you don't. You can put it on perfect autopilot too.
