I am a rawfoodie, focusing on moving towards fruitarianism. I am blessed to be living a happy life in Japan. My sister and I are looking to expand the raw food movement in Japan. We recently started a rawfood meetup group and look forward to manifesting our dreams here!

It was good to catch up again the other night, although we didn't get to chat much. But is was nice to meet your parents and talk with your father. It seems like you and Andi are having a big influence on him.
Wow, that's so great to hear that you'll be doing ashtanga. We are in Sri Lanka practicing yoga and Michael is involved with an NGO group here, so he's kind of overseeing some of the projects here, as well as conducting his own workshop at a Rehab center. So it's all good and we love the sun, coconuts, papaya, and the most insanely delicious bananas in the world. The fruit blows my mind!!! Can't wait to see you!! Have an awesome time with Govinda Kai. I haven't practiced with him yet, but maybe when we land in Japan we will. xox Jen
Hey Angi! You guys will feel soo amazing when you combine raw food with yoga. It's the best!! We will likely head back to Japan in May, so we look very forward to catching up then.xoxo Jen
Sample emotional support statements i use for myself:
TAKING SELF-RESPONSIBILITY:
i forgive myself from accepting and allowing myself to crave for cooked food even if i know and am convinced that this is not the best food for me.
EMOTIONAL RELEASE:
i release these thoughts feelings and emotions from the cells of my body right here right now. so be it and so it is.
SELF-DIRECTIVE:APPLICATION
I will not accept and allow myself to crave for cooked food.
I will not accept and allow myself to do things that contradict my personal truth.
BREATHING EXERCISE I DO:
100 deep hard slow breathing after waking up and before going to bed at night.
TEA RECIPE:
1/2 inch ginger
1/2 t lavender
2 1/2 c purified water ( 1 bottled water)
Boil the water. Remove from fire. Put the ginger and lavender. Steep for 15 min. Enjoy.
