om shanti,
You're welcome. I hope this means you've enjoyed my blog. Unfortunately, I haven't been tending to it as much lately. Let me know if you have anymore recipe questions.
It's me again. I noticed that you had a question posted about chocolate puddings. I like to blend a banana, half an avocado, half a pear, some cocoa powder, vanilla and sea salt until smooth and then chill in the fridge. To make a firmer pudding, sometimes I also add some coconut butter or raw cocoa butter.
I also like to make a pudding out of chia seeds. There is a popular recipe similar to tapioca on Gone Raw. You can also make one using banana, ground chia seeds or flax, fresh almond milk, cocoa powder, vanilla and sea salt (helps bring out the flavors).
Some other good recipes include the young thai coconut-based pudding in Sarma's Raw Food Real World book and Jason Mraz's chocomole recipe (you can Google it). You can even make a yummy version out of soaked and blended nuts. The options are limitless. Good luck :-)
