nameste, Lauren!

Love your Video, save for the 'Binding', I can Tell, it will Be the Last Barrier in My Yoga Practice!
I am Going, soon to Australia- to Train some Teachers- in my Style, as a Aquatherpist, who Uses allot of Yoga/Tai Chi, and, Pilattes.
Then I am Going to Ashram in India- still 'Waiting' for the Universe to Point the Best one , for me, Out! I want to spend at Least 6-Months -Up to a Year, in India, Learning Sanskrit...
They Say, one is Never the Same, after Going to India- it 'Alters Your Entire Life in the Ways that You Think & Move!
Was that an 'Up/Down Dog?'...
You Should Definitely 'Teach', You have the Ability's! Yoga 'Taught' me to Do what I Feared the 'Most', and, since I am very average in my Fear of Public Speaking, I began Teaching, for 7-Yrs., at the "Y", and, almost 10-with the City!
I want to Build a Yoga Studio, utilizing the above 'Blends'...
It's 'ALL' about 'Paying it Forward'!
And, as my Fave Yoga Teacher says, (She's a Physiotherapist too), 'All Yoga is Restorative'...
Keep up the Great Practice you have Going fro You!!!
om shanti,

pete

You're welcome. I hope this means you've enjoyed my blog. Unfortunately, I haven't been tending to it as much lately. Let me know if you have anymore recipe questions.

It's me again. I noticed that you had a question posted about chocolate puddings. I like to blend a banana, half an avocado, half a pear, some cocoa powder, vanilla and sea salt until smooth and then chill in the fridge. To make a firmer pudding, sometimes I also add some coconut butter or raw cocoa butter.

I also like to make a pudding out of chia seeds. There is a popular recipe similar to tapioca on Gone Raw. You can also make one using banana, ground chia seeds or flax, fresh almond milk, cocoa powder, vanilla and sea salt (helps bring out the flavors).

Some other good recipes include the young thai coconut-based pudding in Sarma's Raw Food Real World book and Jason Mraz's chocomole recipe (you can Google it). You can even make a yummy version out of soaked and blended nuts. The options are limitless. Good luck :-)
