Profile Information

About Me:: My family started raw vegan & healthier lifestyle almost 5 years ago. I started with 70% raw, then 90-98 %, plus yo-yoing during weekends for the 1st 2 years. With lots of struggles and hardship (like most raw foodists), I've finally managed to stay all-raw for over 2 years.

Both of my healthy children are eating 100% living foods for over 3 years. We do LOVE & ENJOY our daily 50g+ of Sea Vegetables & 3~4 litres (1 gallon) of Green Smoothies.

My partner, father of our 2 radiant children, Peter, is about 50-60% raw.

Haven t heard that in a while, I like it more than Asian, it has a more exotic ring to it...one time some told me not to use Oriental because it is a rug and Asian is a person, but of course this person wasn t even asian or oriental telling me this!
