So its day 10 how fitting as I ran the 10 mile Broad street run
I felt pretty good during the run though around mile 8 my legs felt a bit wek which is not normal as I do 10 milers about every other week. Im thinking it may have to do with juicing I dont know Im going to post some questions to David on juicefeasting.com and see if I can get some questions answered
Any way Im down to 204 which means I lost the 10 I wanted before the race so thats cool

ContinueBeen a bit busy so I have not been punctual with posting........anyway all three days definately got better as far as jucing rather than lots of bites of food I felt good overall pretty energetic though since I had "eaten" abit I reignited those hunger pangs so the next day was bit challenging. Plus watching the Flyers games were a bit difficult since my friends had munchies around and of course they were all envious of my green juice(NOT)

Well today ended up not exactly being 100% juicing...as I mentioned Im a personal chef so yes I make food all day and yes I have to taste it to make sure all is yummy but today was bit more than tasting shall we say a couple no I mean quite a few actual bites with swallowing involved( usually I tasted then spit it out) so Im not beating myself up just noticing how unconcious I was for a while today so beit I doubt the last 5 days have been ruined I just step up make a new commitment and start…

I totally agree with your April 19th comment. It's really true, I'm on a 30 day 100% raw for myself but on day 5 in the evening I ate some bread and rice. I have a family and the food was around! I cooked it!! And so I used to beat myself up before, but today being day 6, I'm going right back to all the way raw and start my blog again, and not worry about it. I even thought I had to be totally 100% raw to continue being a chef. I'm always at least 80-90% and I did an internship at dalenes , a raw vegan restaurant in Kirkland , Washington, (best one in that area!), and was certified through them as a chef. I moved and have not been able to get all the additional help and training through them and thought without being 100% raw I could not teach as a chef. Oh yes I can, and I will. Thanks for your thoughts. They were needed by all!
