I'm a college student double-majoring in Public Relations and Nutritional Science. I want to help others by enabling them with the information needed to create the MOST amazing life they could have ever dreamed possible- because I believe we all deserve it. I want to go to UHM for grad school!!

At 6:42pm on July 14th, 2008, Stacey & Susan said…: Samara~ I hope I am not answering your email twice (stace might have written to you already) but I am just seeing this email from you-so sorry for the delay in getting back to you:(.....Ok so to answer your question, Our journey into raw was quite surprising as that was not our intention, but thank god it now is our world...A couple of years ago my sister Stacey just wasn't feeling real good, both of us had surgery for endometriosis and to no avail all of the pain was still there and it was some serious pain, so Stacey actually took it into her own hands after the doc suggested more surgery and pills pills pills and some shots....wow- (and add to this that we wanted to lose weight) sooooooo, she got on the internet, realized she had to give up what she craved most, which was bread and all forms of it ( crackers, cereals, chips, bread, pancakes, you name it) and my god with that one change alone, we were on top of the world ...12 lbs off in one month and no pain the following month-then gave up meat, then dairy after reading all of the bad things it does to the body, then we realized we were entering into a wholeeeeeeeeee new life, we ourselves got a raw food coach and just jumped in, created our company ( www.therawbodytwins.com )to help change other womens lives and today we are living our dream! :) I hope this helps answer your question..Love Susan
