About Me:: Yo! I'm living in London, working in radio, looking like a weirdo at social events, losing the respect of my punk-ass contemporaries...and just glad there are some other thinking post-Bonobos out there! Hello!

What type of friends are you looking to make here?: Ones that don't think eating the occasional cashew is "living life in the fast lane." Actually - I like those people alot too! xx

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: Love writing music ...but won't force people at gunpoint to listen to it and say it's good. :)

Thanks for letting me know about Rob's walk - unfortunately I work on saturdays and every other sunday but I'm off Bank Holiday Monday so may end up in town if you fancy it - otherwise I'll definitely be in there on Tuesday as Suki and Joel are doing a thing about cleansing and I've a couple of questions for suki re: liver cleansing.

Raw life in Aus is awesome. Everyone is so into fitness and thriving with raw here. The raw crew I hang with are all into keeping active and having FUN FUN FUN!!! Being raw in london must be depressing, I can only imagine the price of organic food OUCHHHH
Don't worry about what people say - secretly they are watching you as an example. They want you to fail so they dont have to justify their own bad habits. They know deep down you are on the right path, they are just not ready to take the road themselves. Just live the example and smile. A work colleague said to me as I had 4kg of watermelon over 90 minutes - surely that is not healthy. I smiled back and kept eating :)
