I'm nothing more than a raw vegan tyro. Deeply inspired by this community (ALL of you) I would love to hear of any resources or experiences that will aide in my own transition. I need help taking the first step! Ideally, I'd like to jump right in 100% without a prolonged transition period, but am a bit intimidated by the planning aspects. (groceries, recipes, sprouting, etc.)

I second Dana-Banana's tip about 80/10/10 - but really about high fruit, high green, low fat in general. Granted, in the beginning relatively high fat raw will be way better and more cleansing that what you were doing before on cooked, but one word of advice: if you're an athlete, get on the fruit and greens, preferably blended together!
hey Jason,
have you had success with your transition? I'm in the same boat you were whenever you wrote your "About Me" above, so would be really cool to hear of what has/hasn't worked for you if you have a moment :)
Be well,
Alex
