Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?: Marcus Rothkranz's Chocolate Pudding, watermelon, mangos and green smoothies.

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: Rollarblading, playing the harp, my birdies, healthy living and the outdoors as far as hobbies, and in business i am creating an interactive showroom of health and wellness equipment and support systems that can be experienced hands on. It will be an elegant beautiful place to try new things and pamper yourself in. I will be opening in May :)

Favorite Books or Authors:: Anything on astrology, healing arts, esther hicks, wayne dyer, or health.
