About Me:: Am a born-again life-giving spirit, fighting in the Lord's army fuelled on living food!

I am putting God first in my life, calling raw foodism my "Genesis 1 lifestyle".
So, nurturing my spirit and taking care of my body as the temple of the living God comes hand in hand. I believe that there are different solutions for different people and to eat the way God has intended for me is a true blessing.

Unity in diversity is my motto, honoring ourselves as children of God.

Inspire and be inspired, leave a mark on this earth.

What type of friends are you looking to make here?: Spiritual people. Work-out lovers. Runners. People with ideas and the desire to see them come to pass. Visionaries. Dreamers with heads in the clouds & feet on the ground.

& if there are some more Afrikan raw foodists, holler!

Favorite Raw Food or Dish:: Crazy experiments with salads of all kinds. Greens make me grin!

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: The Word of God - poetry - hiphop worshipping - learning & teaching - constantly growing - nutrition - beauty coming from within - running - work-outs - my work: PR & marketing - sunshine, coconuts & guavas

Thank goodness somebody said it. Reminds me of Whoopi Goldberg and Elizabeth Hasselback (sp ?) discussing the N word on The View. If you ever get a chance, YouTube it. What's funnier is that later in the original post somebody said "Well I have 2 black friends." Was it Chris Rock who said "If you know how many black friends you have, you're racist?"

Anyway, I'm sure nobody meant to be intentionally out of line, but your thoughts were well said and I totally agree with you. Have a nice day. :)

im not on here often either at moment, i go to as many festivals as possible during the summer months and dance, dance dance. liquid dancing is when the african drums move your body for you, your mind is suspended and your limbs create ripples as they flow though a sea of energy all around you. The more you focus the drums, the more they teach you how to dance.
