Raw foodist mainly but not strict about it. I don't want to isolate myself afterall!! I eat raw when I can but dont make a song or dance about it when I cant. I've always been active, healthy, fit and love sport. I stumbled upon raw foodism kind of by accident: I'd found for several years that I felt healthier and had more energy when salads, fruit, veg were a large part of my diet, its progressed from there. I'm not altogether vegetarian or vegan but eat very little meat and dairy. Im sympathetic to the vegan lifestyle I guess you could say. Ive set up a website to share information on raw foodism in Ireland, the links as follows: http://rawfoodireland.wikidot.com

hi shane--im new to the site, living in dingle--which i know is MILES away from dublin, but just trying to touch base with other raw fooders in Ireland; they seem few and far between compared to the states, so im suffering lack of solidarity a little bit :) Im gonna check out your website too. thanks. kaybee
