do techniques that eliminate stress and keep eating natural and organic. try to eliminate as much toxins as you can thats in your body cause we all have toxins come into our body on a daily basis. toxins come in through all kinds of things. sleep on organic material, get an air purifier, get toothpaste without animal ingredients and fluoride, etc etc etc.........haha
