The one burning question in my mind as I've been trying to concoct my raw vegan product line over the past year has been thus: how to make this food appealing, accessible, and affordable to the masses. I mean, seriously, I don't want this food ONLY available to the upper-to-middle class health-conscious people on the Left Coast who can afford to pay $10.00 for a slice of raw cheesecake... although, I do feel my pies and desserts are worth it. That's all raw. mish.

There is a a lot of opporutnity up here! As you know I have the cafe in San Mateo and we are always looking for good chefs. Then there is Cafe Gratitude which has a central kitchen and 4 cafes in the area. If you are looking for private cheffing I think it's just a matter of getting yourself out there. I have this idea to put a page on my web site featuring certified raw chefs (by me or Living Light) in which chefs submit a bio, photo and food photos and pay a $30 monthly fee to be on the site and get exposure. I also provide a personal recommendation for each chef. Don't know when, but I'd like to get that started soon.
Hope to see you when you make it up here. We can go for a hike or something.
Love and Bliss,
