About Me:: Upstate New Yorker, all Raw in 2008
My journey to raw began as a vegan when I was searching for health concious recipes. I visited a vegan site that featured delicious looking raw recipes once a week. Check it out: http://veganmenu.blogspot.com/
That caught my attention. Over the following year, I investigated raw foods by browsing online sites and blogs. I learned about the healing power of raw foods, and began to incorporate some of the foods into my diet. My March 2008, I was ready to take the plunge. I have always experienced severe digestion problems - they vanished when i ate raw foods. I was often tired - my energy surged when eating raw.

Relationship Status:: In a Relationship

Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?: watermelon, celery and nut butter, breaded dehydrated mushrooms, avocado tex mex salad

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: Biking, swimming, kayaking, star gazing, camping, hiking, ballroom dancing, reading, blogging, knitting, sewing, jewlery making

Favorite Books or Authors:: Animal biology textbooks, fantasy books, Enzyme Nutrition by Dr. Howell

Yeah I still watch Cooked TV Shows because I get ideas and new inspiration even though they are not raw organic they do make raw dishes on occasion and they are very innovative in making cooked food which I will study and use to invent new RAW Organic Vegan, it is about the transformation :)
