Thank you for the story. Wow, my story goes on forever, but starts with a well meaning relative calling me Rawzie/trying to feed me cooked grains while I was a neonate. It was learned on me pretty quick that raw is best for me, but somehow it can take a couple of decades to see what's right under our nose. I never thought about raw being a whole category or full way to eat as an adult until I was over twenty.
