Hi :) I've got an Ayurvedic bodywork background, which spills over into the rest of Ayurveda, but it is such a HUGE body of information! Foodwise I know a bit, but not more than you can find in any good Ayurvedic book. I can say that Ayurvedic bodywork is one of the best ways to calm vata, stillness is important.
You've got some stunning photos there! And the rest are sooooo cute! :)
Im sure that there are some really good websites out there, and I will be more than happy to get some info for you. What kind of info are you looking for? And thank you so much for offer of help in my transition. I might ask you for some advice sometime. ^_^ You pictures are beautiful. The nudes of you pregnant are just wonderful!!! I love them.
Thanks for the compliments Jennifer! Your photos are stunning by the way :)

Hi Jennifer, you have a beautiful family! I posted a link on a discussion that you asked about, however, I will post it here too in case you don't check back at the discussion:
hi: re: the email you sent out re: getaway spots ireland/UK... I dont know how helpful this is, but I figured I'd offer it as a suggestion anyway. problem is that its the winter, so things arent going to be nearly as beautiful or as fun outside here as they are in the summer. Anyway, the Dingle Peninsula in Ireland is absolutely beautiful, but again, theres not really a "veggie friendly resort" or that sort of thing. However, the dingle skellig hotel does rent out cottages (which would probably be more family friendly and veggie friendly for you than staying in the hotel), and, they also have a "kids club" and pool, spa, etc at the hotel. im pretty sure that when you rent the cottages, you also can use the pool and stuff and the kids club at the hotel, but im not sure. the kids club is just a big room with games and stuff and supervised activities (games, movies, artsy type stuff, sometimes field trips but that might just be during the summer. its open in the evenings and i think during the afternoons during winter break, but you would have to check. its not spectacular, but i babysit at the hotel and the kids seem to enjoy going there. One of the big attractions of dingle besides the breathtaking scenery, is the local wild dolphin, which comes up and swims and sometimes does tricks beside the boats...but again, i dont know if theres boats going out during the winter, or if it depends on the weather, or what. ive never been here over the winter before, only the summers. the cottages might be all booked up already for christmas, i have no idea, and/or they might be super-pricey, so i dont know... but figured i'd mention it as a possible option. its about a 5 hour drive from dublin.
*also, i know theres a raw foods cafe down in wicklow town....you might want to try to get in touch with them and see if theyve any ideas..... good luck.
Awesome information! I know exactly where you are - I really want to get into the yogic lifestyle. Bikram is a great physical class, and can bring spiritual awareness purely because of that. But I want the philosophy, tradition, and lifestyle, among other aspects of Ashtanga, etc.
Interesting about your diet. I have found in FREEZING Cambridge, MA here it doesn't slow my detox too much to eat a boiled sweet potato or two every once in a while. Got any good soup recipes you want to throw this way?
I haven't read that - is it worth it? I read another one that he wrote called "Fantastic Voyage" which is about how we can all live forever if we make it to 2020 or so. Really incredible information, just makes you take every limitation in your life with a grain of salt, and puts the whole idealistic natural lifestyle in a new light.

I really appreciate the comment, and coming from such a smart, articulate, independent, and beautiful person as yourself, it means that much more.
You are one of the healthiest people I've ever seen in my life. What is your diet like, may I ask? And what do you do for fitness?
