Your children sound so adorable! Yes, life can be really challenging :) I know ours have been. Nice hearing from you. I assume you're enjoying the woods right now. I hope to see you soon. Drop by some time.
Much love

thanks for the request.
I hope you are having a lovely day and your children are happy and well.
Have a very peachy one.
no poo is going great still. Asaya and Maya are great too...Asaya (2 years) has been getting a bit interesting about his dreads. He told me the other day to 'not touch'...I apologized. One day he asked me to 'take his hair off!' Oh noooo..I said what do you mean? THen he forgot about it and went on to something else..whew;) I want to respect his wishes as well as he grows..being a white mama that wants to incorporate his African culture is a challenge at times. His father is not in our lives now, but at one point he said, "You do not make the choice for him whether he will have dreads or not." He is very conservative and is very 'clean cut.' He laughed one day when we saw an African guy on an ad with natural hair like Asayas and said 'there he is in 25 years!" I made a comment about how natural and beautiful the guy in the ad was;) Soooo..yeah, it can be challenging without a community of support..if you have anything to offer pleeease feel free.
Maya is beautiful and we all three are spending lots of time hiking the woods for the next month! Good to hear from you~~Peace and Green Bliss~~Lisa
Thanks for the add and Welcome to GI2MR. :)
