I want to be as beautiful as all the raw people that I see on this site. I am ready to be 100% raw from here on out. I am going to need as much help as I can get from everyone please,cause here in New Orleans...RAW is not a big thing and I want to change that..

I suspect there is little safety/raw food to speak of - and how is the heat and humidity there these days, am I right to be more than a little scared?? How do you find managing your diet there, is it fun or tricky? All I ever hear about is fried chicken and crawfish...! But I also can't wait to come and see the place!

Hey! I'm visiting New Orleans in a few weeks to see a friend...I am bracing myself for cooked and fried and dead. I'm not totally veggie or totally raw so I will get by, but have you any tips? Would love to hear about the raw scene (!!) in NO/Louisiana - or are you it?!
