love raw... love vegan... love the earth... love God
oh yeah.. and love running!!
I was born in Chile and moved to California when I was 16. Been here ever since... love it here!
I am a nutritionist, I give classes and seminars on nutrition and disease prevention, mostly in Spanish. I do vegan cooking classes, and since I'm transitioning to raw, I am starting to add more raw recipes in my classes...

Hi Maria, I'm studying nutritional medicine here in Australia, and it's always good to see people doing the kinds of things I hope to do when I finish college. Keep up the good work!
I just wanted to swing by your page and say thanks so much for your advice and ideas in the BED thread. I never even heard the info about low levels of serotonin causing binges. I'm going to go to my natty foods co-op and price check their 5 HTP vs. iherb.com and then get some of that ASAP. Thanks again!
Thank you, for the request :)
Awe, very cool. I might take a class for Spanish just to practice :) I don't know lots of Spanish speakers here. I will be moving soon to Austin, TX, so I am sure I will find some.
You look great. The raw is definitely working for you.
I say that I have been in transition for a while. I tried it two years ago and failed (I was 100%-- but I did some things that weren't right for me), but I consider myself high raw. I have found a better formula for myself now. I am always learning and changing it up.

Also I just looked at your pictures. You look so much healthier and happier now! That's so inspiring.
