I know being a student can put one on a tight budget, so if you haven't seriously looked into it before, it's a good time to think about bartering. I did it a lot when I was in college.
Have a great weekend,
Your friend,

Mostly I just tried to keep a few small cooked foods in there so i wouldn't go nuts and then it kinda worked out okay.
The thing with EFT is to be VERY specific. It WILL still help if you're not, but sometimes it's hard to see.
Also, drink lots of water while doing it. Also, be persistent. It's easy to give up too early, when the tapping IS working, just taking a bit of time. Sometimes you have to hit things a few times before you totally clear them.
So, rather than tapping on "cooked foods" (which is VERY general), try one specific cooked food, then see how it goes.
Also, sometimes a lot of the cravings WILL go after tapping, but there'll be other triggers. I've written a bit about this here - but there's a couple more I discovered recently. I was being drawn towards 'heavy foods' (rice, bread, etc) when I could feel emotions bubbling up that I wanted to damp down. So, I tapped on that - didn't SEEM like it worked (but it actually did). Next time I had those cravings I noticed what was different - the emotions weren't being stopped coming up (which was different from before) - but this time it was me craving them because I was feeling overwhelmed.
So, it might look like the tapping hadn't worked (craving because of fear of emotions), but really, I'd cleared off the first layer of cravings, & could see what was underneath (craving because of feeling overwhelmed).
Any of this making sense? :)
