About Me:: I'm a mom of 2, musician, artist, filmmaker, vegan since October 06 and recently went raw on my health transformation journey. I'm astounded by the results in such a short time and look forward to doing more, learning more and meeting like minded educated folk!

Favorite Raw Food or Dish:: give me variety!

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: writing songs that change the world, making films and music videos that educate, watching movies, being in and of the world, talking to people who "get it", eating and "cooking", making my kids laugh, or anyone for that matter.

Favorite Books:: channelings by anyone especially Kryon, Ramtha, Conversations with God...I just got the sunfood diet success system and it's the most experiential spiritual book I've ever read that wasn't a channeling. I think David Wolfe is fully channeling his higher self and also I do believe I love him, ha ha.

day 10...detox issues fading like yesterdays news...drinking mostly juice that I hand squeeze throughout the day after pureeing in the food processor...die hard thrifty. I couldn't resist squandering some of my very tight resources on the Sunfood diet and I am LOVING it. Tis OK though...I'm feeling so great I'm ready to go back to work...hopefully next week. Love to all.

getting green

I keep a pretty regular blog over on my music site, which is pretty much following my progress on the raw food diet right at the moment...I started a blog here today because I wanted to post a video here, it says I can imbed one, but it's not working for me, so I would like to direct you to my other blog to watch my 30 sec liddle video blog of the surprise I found in my organic spinach today...

I am geeking out and going to the Renissance fair this weekend in Anchorage. I want to take a day trip down to Kenai someday soon and visit you guys. Girdwood makes me feel claustrophobic sometimes. Plus, I think it's time for us to fill up on each others presence again:)

The 3 of you are always welcome at my big old house too... Would love to get raw in the kitchen with you.
