I'm married to a hilarious, favored, beautiful and out of this world guy. I have 8 kids who I can't help but believe will be world-changers. I love not only the idea but the action of love. I believe perspective and ones personal prism changes everything. I believe labels and boxes are much better put to use with things rather than people....

- Avocadoes, mangoes, enormous salads, Italian, Thai, South American. Depends on the season too - right now it's watermelon, nectarines and limes.
- Interests (outside of Raw Food):
- God - I'll never get to the end of Him; laughing; the dichotomy of my wild and crazy yet peaceful and serene family; home - educating; natural parenting; alternative forms of education; the concept of the emergent church; expanding our worldview; fitness; reading; music; being involved in a variety of communities of people.
- Favorite Books or Authors:
- The Bible; missionary stories; recipe books; and books that challenge any form of largely accepted thoughts and worldviews
- Favorite Quote:
- Anyone can count the number of seeds in an apple, but no one can fathom the number of apples in a seed.
