when things fall apart, the bhagavad-gita, tao te ching, healing with whole foods, conscious eating, grace and grit

hi rae, sorry it took me a while to write back..
taiwan is awesome, really really great, and if you can do it on a scooter or a bicycle, i think that is the best way to go. as for staying raw, it is not difficult to get spirulina or chorella plus other supplements in the big cities like taipei, there are lots of organic shops e.g. yogi. things like cacao though are a little more difficult. also, there are heaps of great fruits to eat, and wild greens to pick, as well as places that serve salad and they are really into their juices here. so you could do the juice bars and even the bubble tea places if you don't mind tea (just tell them no sugar). feel free to message me when you are here, if you get to where i am (yilan) i'd be glad to show you round.
