So yesterday Aura and I decided to prepare Raw Lasagne for the first time.
Getting all the ingredients together was a bit challenging, but none the less
it made the meal so much better.
I took Aura on a walk through Whole Foods Markets and Trader Joe's.
We got her all the necessary elements to proceed on her journey towards RAW FOOD!
What a wonderful day it was.
Thank You Aura! TEAM WORK! TEAM WORK =)

I had such a wonderful time being in the presence of all you wonderful beings.
You must forgive me for not being able to meet each and everyone of you.
I was in "THE ZONE" behind the camera.
The collective energy was so amazing!
I hope everyone had an enjoyable experience and can move forward with what
they need to be successfully raw...
Please feel free to share your individual experience with me as i'm very interested in knowing
how everyone shared there time.…

My raw food experience started 7 years ago as I came across a healer named Queen Afua. She runs a healing center called Healthyself in Crown Heights Brooklyn. Up until then i had never thought of Raw foods or any form of vegetarian diet as a lifestyle. I enrolled myself into a program designed for men, which would transform our unhealthy carnivore habits into a more balance vegetarian lifestyle. The program also involved African cultural studies, civics and social economic reform. I very rapidly…

There is a possibility to be free from physical
bondage. Today I strike a blow to irradiate the mind of my useless
egotistical thoughts. I will balance my heart to Amen-Ra’s, Equilibrium
and focus on the subject of soul elevation. Emotional enzymes collect
in global consciousness empowering my love towards you. Slowly I
facilitate the healing, shared for the world to escalate at a rapid

Lovely to meet you! 7 years ago you met a healer called Queen Afua, she must have been from Ghana, my elder sister is also called Afua, so your words caught my eye. You have much to give, thank you for being so gracious to share your story.

if Berkeley hadn't completely seduced me, i'd be there in a heartbeat. . . so dance and consume chocolate for me if you're there.
i hope everything is wonderful, and i really can't imagine that it's not. . . as you get what you send and you send out nothing but love + light.
There's an upcoming NYC event in June to benefit the Tibetan Aid Project and I'm wondering if you'd like an invitation and/or know of anyone else in your sphere of contacts who might as well. . . it's a wonderful and compassionate cause as well as a completely fly and elegant event.
much love and abundance. . . and i'd love to hear what's going on with you lately. . .
xo
Thanks for the friends request! Makes me feel not THAT alone in here anymore.
Gotta say, loved the expression "energy sensitive", feels like an explanation for a very familiar state of mind.
Stay creative, continue creating, this world is ours!
