As soon as I came to your page, I felt all this LOVE in my heart! WOW! I truly feel your positive, loving vibrations, coming straight out of my computer! It is amazing. I think the pink in the back ground may have a little to do with it, but dang, I'm feelin the love!
Have a fabulous day. xoxo
The bulk of the bloating turned out to be from all the carrot juice I was drinking (32 oz. a day). So I substituted green juices and experienced less bloating, but it still took some time to subside completely.
I think the bloating is mostly from the body ridding itself of stored toxins when one first begins a raw & living foods diet. Detoxifying the colon helps greatly!
80/10/10 is a type of raw food diet in which 80% of your calories come from carbs, 10% from fat and 10% from protein. It is basically a low fat raw-vegan diet and it makes you feel GREAT.
I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND buying the book 80/10/10... its the best raw food book I have read, and it makes TOTAL AND COMPLETE SENSE. Search for it online --- 80/10/10 by Dr. Douglas N. Graham.
ENJOY!!!!!!
