hi Shaheen, saw that you were from Charlottesville and thought I would say hello. i am originally from Roanoke & get down there every few months. I recently from London & was staying across the street from the British Museum. :)
not sure how the raw community is in Charlottesville but I know that there is a meetup group in Richmond... http://rawfood.meetup.com/231/

I just noticed you're in Charlottesville. Lovely area! I have quite a few clients and friends in Nelson County. If you're interested in getting together with some other raw-friendly folks, let me know. I might be able to connect you some cool artists and a nutritionist there!
